Ethel M Cactus Garden Christmas 2024 Calendar. Ethel m chocolates is a chocolate shop where you can see the candy actually being made, as well as a cactus garden to walk through outside. Our family friendly holiday garden is open nightly from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm from november 3rd until december 30th and until 8pm on december 31st, 2023.

Visitors can take pictures with santa claus, enjoy ethel m’s famous hot chocolate, and grab a bite from its food truck. While the ethel m cactus garden is stunning any time of year, it becomes extra magical during the holidays.
